Wildwood Walk Associates, LLC currently has three development projects
located in Wildwood, New Jersey. The projects consist of luxurious
high-rise condotels that include such features as: pools, spas,
restaurants, retail boutiques and hotel style amenities such as room
service, concierge, housekeeping… while enjoying spectacular ocean and bay
views.
Each project will be a 25 -story Class A modern structure with ground
level lobby, approx 5 floors of parking, a hotel lobby including a spa,
restaurant, and 16-18 floors of condo/tel units ranging from 500 sq. ft to
magnificent 3200 sq ft penthouses with views that are second to none on
the East Coast.
The projects range from 175+ units to 600 units, all with various
restaurant, hotel and retail components to ensure every taste and style is
met. The hotel components will be professionally managed by a certified
hotel management company to ensure profitability and first class
accommodations are provided. The restaurant and retail portion will
complement the overall project.
The need for these luxurious facilities is at an all time high for
several reasons;
1. The newly constructed Wildwood Convention Center had increased the
need for quality hotel accommodations dramatically as it has quadrupled
the number of events hosted since its completion. The Convention Center
has the ability to function year round, provided hotel accommodations are
available, reinforcing the need/demand for these condo/tel projects.
2. Foreign investors are looking for vacation homes that they can
utilize and at the same time provide a safe investment with an income
producing option.
3. Baby boomers are retiring and looking to invest in income producing
real estate while purchasing second homes and vacation homes.
4. Wildwood has lost 5000 hotel rooms in the last 3 years due to the
recent condominium craze, which is causing a severe shortage of tourist
based accommodations.
5. The "tourist season" is becoming longer and longer as the shore
communities realize the need to extend the season by promoting various
events, which need year round accommodations.
6. Current sales of two to five story condominiums are selling in
excess of $600/sq ft with few amenities and no views.
